The Fitz at Rockville Town Center

With a unique design by Kaufman Meeks & Partners of Houston, Westchester at Rockville Town Center wraps its six apartment buildings around a multiple-story, pre-cast parking garage. The wood-frame residential buildings are four stories each and feature pedestrian bridges on every floor connecting corresponding living and parking levels, allowing residents the convenience of avoiding stairs or elevators when entering and exiting their homes.

Individual apartments feature high-speed Internet access, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, and optional gas fireplaces. Residents choose from eleven different floor plans, all with white-on-white kitchens and large cabinets.

The community also offers outdoor courtyards with fountains and a luxury clubhouse with a resort-style outdoor pool, cardio fitness center, media room and other recreational amenities.

Westchester at Rockville Town Center is located in Montgomery County, not far from I-270 on Rockville Pike, just north of the Rockville Metro Station.
