Fredericksburg, Va. — Clark Realty Builders, the third largest multifamily builder in the nation,* recently completed The Evergreens at Smith Run. The luxury active adult community began leasing in the fall of this year.

Developed by The Evergreens at Smith Run, LLC, an affiliate of the McLean, Va.-based RMJ Development Group, LLC, The Evergreens at Smith Run includes a four-story, 160,000-square-foot building with two elevators. Weihe Design Group, Washington, designed the residential building with a "Y" footprint for residents' ease of access to the extensive site amenities.
