Clark Realty Builders Completes Renovation of Massachusetts Court Historic Townhomes in D.C.

Renovation Finished Five Months Ahead of Schedule

WASHINGTON — Clark Realty Builders, Bethesda, Md., recently turned over the keys to the newly renovated two- and three-story townhomes on the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and 3rd Street, NW.

The seven historic townhomes were completely remodeled as part of Massachusetts Court, the new luxury high-rise that encompasses them. When complete, the apartment community will also offer 371 rental homes in the high-rise with state-of-the-art amenities in the upper northwest section of Washington, D.C.

Construction is currently ahead of schedule and leasing is scheduled to begin in the spring.

Developed and managed by Pritzker Residential, Chicago, in partnership with Prudential Real Estate Investors, Inc., Newark, N.J., the 14-story high-rise will feature an attractive brick exterior. Northwestern Mutual, Milwaukee, Wis., is providing the construction and permanent financing for the development.

SK&I Architectural Design Group, LLC, Bethesda, Md., designed the high-rise, which offers a rooftop pool, running track, and first floor fitness center. Residents will also enjoy access to a business center, aerobics/yoga studio, storage space, concierge service, and three levels of below grade parking. Residents can choose from a variety of floor plans, including unique two-story urban lofts.

The apartments feature a contemporary design and offer fireplaces, washers/dryers, and ceramic-tiled bathrooms.

Massachusetts Court Apartments is located just one block from Judiciary Square metro station, two blocks from the Gallery Place metro station, and one block from Interstate 395. Final completion of the high-rise is scheduled for the summer of 2004.
