Clark Realty Builders Completes England Run North Townhomes
STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — Clark Realty Builders (CRB)* has substantially completed the construction of England Run North Townhomes three months ahead of the owner's schedule and within budget. The 120-unit community began leasing in August.

CRB built the project for repeat client RST Development, L.L.C. of Virginia Beach. Including work under construction, Clark Realty Builders has worked with RST on six townhome projects in Virginia and Maryland for a total of 900 units.
England Run North Townhomes offers 120 spacious residences with an average of 1,600 square feet each. The 19 two-story buildings provide a choice of three- or four-bedroom floor plans, both with two and a half baths.
The development is located in England Run, a planned community which will eventually include more than 2,000 homes. England Run is conveniently located just minutes from Interstate 95 in Stafford County.
The affordable housing community provides residents the opportunity to live in large townhomes with amenities similar to single family homes. Every residence features a washer and dryer, large kitchen, and patio. Recreational amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, tot lot, and walking trails.
The wood-frame townhome community was designed by Warner & Associates.
