Clark Realty Builders Completes Dulaney Crescent in Maryland
TOWSON, Md. — Clark Realty Builders* recently completed Dulaney Crescent, the first luxury apartments constructed in Towson in nearly 20 years. Developed by the Lutherville-based Consolidated Equities Corporation, the 264-unit apartment project was designed to be one of the finest luxury rental apartment communities within Baltimore County, with modern amenities not currently available in Towson's older apartment inventory.

"This is a major addition to the revitalization of Towson, which for years has lagged behind in new residential development," said Robert Becker, a principal of Consolidated Equities Corporation.
Towson has experienced substantial commercial development during the past 10 years, but most new multifamily development has occurred outside of the Baltimore Beltway. Dulaney Crescent represents a major investment within the core of the Towson revitalization district.
Designed by Lessard Architectural Group, the four-story apartment building is completely self-contained with its own structured cast-in-place parking garage, recreational amenities, and a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse.
Dulaney Crescent is located just west of Fairmount Avenue, between Lambourne and Dunvale Roads in Towson's central core. The community is within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, movies, and the Towsontown Mall.
Dulaney Crescent began leasing its first apartments in the summer of 2002.
