Clark Realty Builders Completes Broadwater Townhomes in Virginia
CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Clark Realty Builders (CRB), the sixth largest multifamily builder in the nation*, recently completed the construction of Broadwater Townhomes in Chesterfield County, just southwest of Richmond.

CRB built the project for repeat client RST Development, L.L.C. of Virginia Beach. Including projects under construction, Clark Realty Builders has worked with RST on six townhome communities in Virginia and Maryland for a total of 900 units.
Broadwater Townhomes offers 150 spacious rental units with an average of 1,600 square feet each. The 22 two-story buildings provide a choice of three- or four-bedroom floor plans, both with two and a half baths.
Located off Harrowgate Road, the VHDA affordable housing community provides families the opportunity to live in large units with amenities similar to single family homes. Every townhome features a washer and dryer, large kitchen, and patio. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, walking trail, and tot lot.
The wood-frame townhomes were designed by Warner & Associates of Virginia Beach, Va.
