Clark Realty Builders Breaks Ground on Riverside Apartments in Virginia
WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Clark Realty Builders* (CRB) recently broke ground on Riverside Apartments in Woodbridge, Virginia. CRB is constructing the 304-unit market-rate community for Hazel Land Companies, Fredericksburg, Virginia. The apartments offer views of the Potomac River and will be available for lease in early 2004.
Riverside Station Apartments
The eight four- and five-story wood-framed residential buildings were designed by Niles Bolton Associates of Alexandria, Virginia. Various floor plans offer residents a choice of apartments with lofts and one-, two-, or three-bedrooms. Interior amenities include refrigerators with icemakers, microwaves, washers and dryers, crown molding, and luxury soaker tubs. Residents will enjoy access to detached and attached garages, a clubhouse, and a pool.
Riverside Apartments is conveniently located within walking distance of the Rippon Virginia Railway Express station and is just minutes from I-95 and Potomac Mills mall.
The community is being financed in part by a HUD-insured loan.
