Clark Realty Builders Breaks Ground on Camden Westwind in Virginia
DULLES, Va. — Clark Realty Builders (CRB)*, Bethesda, Md., broke ground recently on Camden Westwind in Dulles, Va. CRB is constructing the $32.5 million, 464-unit, luxury housing community for Camden USA, Inc. of Houston, Texas. The first apartments will be available for lease in late 2004.

Torti Gallas & Partners, of Silver Spring, Md., designed the 11 residential buildings and four detached garages in the style of farmhouses. Floor plans for the wood-framed buildings include 205 one-bedroom, 238 two-bedroom, and 21 three-bedroom apartments. Individual residences average 1,025 square feet and include crown molding. 50 apartments will have upgraded finishes including flooring, upgraded appliances, and granite countertops. Community amenities include 40 garage units, a clubhouse, fitness center, tot lot, picnic areas, and walking trails.
Camden Westwind is conveniently located near Route 28 and just two miles from the Dulles Airport Access Road.
