Clark Builders Group Completes Luxury Apartments in Potomac Yard
ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Last Friday Clark Builders Group (CBG) completed Bell Del Ray, a 276-unit luxury apartment complex with amenities and retail in Alexandria, Virginia. The project is part of The Exchange at Potomac Yard development, a multi-phase initiative to redevelop the former train yard located between Alexandria and Arlington.

Once occupied by one of the busiest rail yards on the East Coast, Potomac Yard laid vacant for more than two decades due to changes in the local train system. The land is now being developed as a part of The Exchange at Potomac Yard, a 1.9 million-square-foot community that will bridge Arlington and Alexandria through the construction of a town center, a new metro station, and extensive residential, office, hotel, and retail space. Bell Del Ray features 276 one- and two-bedroom apartments with premium finishes such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom espresso cabinets, and wood plank flooring. The community also brings 3,500 square feet of retail space to its Alexandria market.
