Clark Builders Group Completes Fifth Elms Community
CLARKSBURG, Md.—Elm Street Development and Clark Builders Group (CBG) unveiled the completion of The Elms at Clarksburg last month, a 336-unit residential luxury apartment community located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The project marks the fifth collaboration between the two companies following the success of The Elms at Stoney Run Village, The Elms at Montjoy, The Elms at Kingsview Village, and The Elms at Germantown.
