Camden College Park Celebrates Topping Out

COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Clark Realty Builders (CRB), an award-winning general contractor, recently celebrated the topping out of its Camden College Park apartment project. Scheduled for completion in 2008, Camden College Park owned by Camden Property Trust will feature 508 luxury apartments in 19 wood-framed buildings.

"This project will create a community where residents can relax and enjoy life within the heart of the vibrant College Park area."

The project architect, the Housing Studio, designed this development to include over 142 distinct floor plans ranging from studios to two-bedroom lofts, as well as two pre-cast garages. Each apartment will feature a full-size washer and dryer, fireplace, private terrace, built-in desk, and custom shelving. Upon completion, the community clubhouse will offer an exercise center, game room, juice bar, and conference room. Outdoor amenities will include a landscaped pool area with cascading water fountains, a croquet lawn, and a putting green.

Camden College Park represents the third project for which CRB has served as the general contractor for Camden Property Trust. Other CRB and Camden Property Trust ventures include Camden Westwind in Ashburn, Virginia, a 464-unit community which completed construction in November 2005, and Camden Monument Place, a 293-unit community in Fairfax, Virginia scheduled for completion in August 2007.
