Bristol Station Apartments Under Construction in Chicago Suburb

NAPERVILLE, Ill. — Bristol Moran Development of Chicago is constructing Bristol Station Apartments, a $40 million development in Naperville, Ill., a western Chicago suburb. Clark Realty Builders (CRB) of Bethesda, Md., is the general contractor and has worked with Bristol Moran on more than 1,120 apartment units in three different Chicago communities.

Designed by Balsamo, Olson & Lewis, Ltd. of Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., Bristol Station will offer 348 luxury apartments in two, three-story buildings. Each building will be U-shaped and formed by seven connected apartment structures surrounding a formally landscaped courtyard. The construction will feature Victorian exterior details, including fish scale siding and gable roofs with turrets. Amenities will include available covered parking garages and a centrally-located community clubhouse with a cyber caf? and pool.

Floor plans are divided among 228 one-bedroom and 120 two-bedroom apartments. Interior amenities include individual washers/dryers, patios or balconies, satellite television, and optional fireplaces. Residents will also enjoy computer niches, oak finish kitchen cabinets, and cultured marble vanity tops. The units range in size from 700 to 1,150 square feet.

Located on North Aurora Road, immediately west of Illinois Route 59, Bristol Station is within walking distance of the Metra Commuter rail station. A short drive from Bristol Station is historic downtown Naperville, with its famed "Riverwalk" and shopping district. The apartments are located within the Indian Prairie School District #204.

The apartments will begin leasing in this summer, with construction scheduled for completion in early 2003.
