WASHINGTON, D.C. — Clark Realty Builders* of Bethesda, Md., recently topped out 3883 Connecticut Avenue with the final roof deck concrete pour for the luxury, nine-story tower. When complete, the new apartment community will offer 157 rental homes with state-of-the-art amenities in the upper northwest section of Washington, D.C., in the desirable Cleveland Park neighborhood. The new residential development will begin pre-leasing this spring.

Clark Realty Capital** is the owner and developer, and the project will be managed by Clark Realty Management***. The concrete structure was completed by concrete contractor Miller & Long Co., Inc.

Designed by the Weihe Design Group of Washington, D.C., 3883 Connecticut Avenue will feature an attractive brick and E.I.F.S. (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) exterior accented with zinc panels. Luxury amenities will include a rooftop pool, a fully-equipped fitness center, a business center, and a central party/multipurpose room. The tower will also feature a grand lobby with seating areas, a 24-hour doorman, and concierge service. Parking will be provided in a three-level underground garage.

3883 Connecticut Avenue was designed to offer first class living in every home. The apartments will be pre-wired for high-speed Internet access in each kitchen, living room, bedroom, and den, and they will also offer multiple phone lines and cable television jacks. New residents will choose from a selection of nine different floor plans, ranging from spacious two bedroom/two bath models with dens to simple studio apartments.

Every new residence will offer luxury interior finishes, with the top two levels featuring ultra luxury penthouse-style details. Interior amenities include full-size washers/dryers, dishwashers, granite kitchen countertops, ceramic tile entry foyers, and optional soaker tubs.

Located just north of Cleveland Park's business district and the National Zoological Park, 3883 Connecticut Avenue is only three blocks from both the Van Ness and Cleveland Park Metro stations. The new tower is set back from the bustle of Connecticut Avenue on a peaceful one acre site bordering Rock Creek Park, providing beautiful views of the park throughout the seasons.
