California Consumers Data Subject Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

  • Background Screening Information (for applicants, employees, contractors, and temporary employees)
    • All pre-employment screening information and drug testing.
  • Employment Information (for applicants, employees, and temporary employees)
    • Your resume, job application, references, USCIS Form I-9, passport, driver’s license, Social Security card, immigration documentation, salary and benefits, performance appraisals, healthcare information, emergency contact information, job title, department, email address, and mobile telephone number.
  • Employee Activity (for employees, contractors, and temporary employees with a company-issued device)
    • All written digital communications, your browsing/search history and geolocation data associated with your use of a Company device.
Purpose of Information Collection

We collect personal information to facilitate our business operations. CBG ensures the collection of only the necessary personal data required for these operations. These include:

  • Upholding security measures, which involve monitoring access to log-in portals, verifying identity, and preventing fraudulent activities.

  • Processing job applications, including conducting background checks.
  • Managing personnel and employment matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws or regulations.
Your Data Protection Rights

You hold certain rights regarding the collection, usage, or sharing of your Personal Information, as mandated by applicable laws that pertain to CBG and your data.
