CBG built this 316-unit market-rate housing community for repeat client Elm Street Development Group. The project's three- and four-story, wood framed apartment buildings include pre-cast balconies and patios, vinyl siding, and stone veneer. The Elms offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences averaging 1,250 square feet and featuring full size washers and dryers and gas fireplaces. Community amenities include a 4,489-square-foot clubhouse with an outdoor pool and playground, a 560-square-foot maintenance building; and 48 free standing private garages.
