Riverside Manor is an 188-unit, affordable rental townhome community designed to resemble single family homes. The 26 wood-frame buildings are divided among three different types, with varying elevations, exterior treatments, and color schemes. Residents of Riverside Manor choose among optional amenities like direct-access garages, adjoining storage sheds, wood decks, or concrete patios. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, tot lot, and walking trails.
