The Village at Camp Parks
114 Single-Family Homes and Neighborhood Center
The Village at Camp Parks involved the demolition and rebuilding of 13 homes and the new construction of 114 three- and four-bedroom single-family residences for active duty military members and their families in Northern California. Averaging 2,000 square feet, the new homes feature two-car garages, private backyards, and energy-efficient designs. CBG also delivered extensive community amenities, including a clubhouse with large ballroom, open landscaped areas, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, barbecue and picnic areas, playgrounds, and tot lots.
