The Fields at Lorton I

168 Market-Rate and Affordable Apartments

Kenton Crossing at Lorton Station, a mixed-income neighborhood, was developed in two phases under the Virginia Housing and Development Authority's tax credit program. The first phase included six buildings and a clubhouse; the second phase provided four more buildings. Interestingly, an old graveyard was discovered behind one of the buildings during site development. CBG worked with the owner and design team to make the necessary revisions to the plans. Designed by LeMay Erickson Architects, the community boasts numerous amenities for its low- to moderate-income residents.
