Holden consists of 296 luxury apartments across nine three-story residential and three mixed-use buildings with approximately 10,000 square feet of retail. In addition to constructing the twelve buildings, CBG is responsible for sitework–including 26 MSE walls to mediate grade changes–across the larger community's 52 acres, which will also host a Publix shopping center and a future Assisted Living development. Holden's amenities include a clubhouse, outdoor pool, fire pit, and grill and lounging areas. Its interior finishes include granite countertops, ceramic tile shower surrounds, and stainless steel appliances.
