Bryant Street

487-Apartment, Three-Building LEED® Silver Urban Mixed-Use Development

Bryant Street is a 487-unit mixed-use development comprised of two apartment communities, Coda and The Chase. These communities span three distinct buildings and include 47,000 square feet of retail. Coda, a three-story concrete podium structure with five stories of wood framing above, contains 154 apartments as well as ground-floor retail, two levels of below-grade parking, an elevated courtyard on podium, and amenity spaces on the ground floor and penthouse levels. The Chase consists of multiple podium structures, building pads, and streetscape infrastructure with five stories of wood framing above and a shared garage below. The two buildings' combined 333 residential units enjoy two courtyards, multiple amenity areas, ground-floor retail, and a five-story, above-grade podium supporting a rooftop pool. In addition to these six-story residential buildings, a concrete building pad supports future site development. Bryant Street features an activated plaza with retail that connects to Metropolitan Branch Trail and the new pedestrian bridge with access to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro station.
