Common Clover

248-Bedroom, LEED® Gold Co-Living Community in Mixed-Use Master Plan

Common Clover is a 60-unit co-living community located in Northwest, DC with 248 individually rentable bedrooms. The mixed-use community is a part of The Parks at Walter Reed, a master-planned redevelopment of the 66-acre historic Walter Reed Army Medical Center with 2,200 condominiums, townhomes, and apartments plus office and retail. The six-story, wood-framed building sits atop a concrete podium structure and is positioned at the southeast corner of the former Walter Reed hospital parking garage. The exterior facade consists of cast stone and metal and fiber cement panels. Other building features include fiberglass windows and patio doors, metal doors, and aluminum storefront and curtain wall systems. Common Clover contains 24,043 SF of retail space, a lounge, library, fitness center, conference room, game room, elevated courtyard areas, and a sixth-floor observation deck. The community offers two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom units with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplashes, and vinyl plank flooring.
