Varsity on Charles

The Varsity on Charles is a completely renovated 12-story concrete and steel student housing building featuring a complete gutting of the building including the replacement of elevators and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. The Varsity's exterior retains its historic charm with the addition of new building features such as windows and glazing. A newly constructed vestibule and exterior plaza serve as the building's main entrance, with the old entryway being converted into an ADA accessible entrance. The Varsity boasts 104 units with studios, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments and amenities such as conference and study areas, a computer lab and lounge, and fitness center. The Varsity is located within walking distance of Johns Hopkins University and directly across from Homewood Field.
