Minutes from the MGM Casino and bustling National Harbor neighborhood, The Oxford transforms a former office building into 187 luxury apartment homes. This adaptive reuse includes upgrades to the building's exterior aesthetic and renovation of the interior to modern residential standards while keeping the steel and composite structure intact. Residents have the option of a studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, or two-bedroom apartment, all including energy-saving plumbing and lighting fixtures plus quartz countertops. The Oxford's amenities include a fitness center, cyber cafe, pet care facility, lounge, courtyard, dog park, and entertainment room on the 10th floor with unobstructed views of Washington, DC.
