Multi-Building Luxury Garden-Style Community with Clubhouse

The Avli at Crosstown Center consists of three four-story apartment buildings with a combined 236 units. The luxury multifamily community includes wood-frame construction and a total of 248,000 rentable square feet. The project sourced local manufacturers and suppliers for the trusses, stairs, and hurricane-resistant impact windows and doors. In addition to a 3,600-square-foot clubhouse, 1,000-square-foot fitness center, courtyard, dog park, and pool, The Avli boasts easy access to Interstate 301 and is minutes from the Town Center Mall with ample shopping and dining options.

Building Green at The Avli at Crosstown Center
The Avli at Crosstown Center is a pedestrian- and transit-oriented community with sustainable features that encourage a car-free lifestyle, such as bike storage racks and landscaped paths leading to various on-site amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center, and mail kiosk. The community incorporates EnergyStar® appliances, low-VOC paints, LED light fixtures, and low-emissivity windows to reduce its carbon footprint. The Avli is also located on the USAA Tampa campus, providing its employees an opportunity to walk to work.
