The 231-unit community includes luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, a five-story precast parking garage, and more than 10,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The wood-framed community comprises contiguous three- and four-story sections. Units average 880 square feet and include high-quality finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plank flooring.
