Post Carlyle Square consists of 354 luxury apartments across two buildings; a 14-story, post-tensioned concrete high-rise and a four-story mid-rise. The LEED® Certified project sits atop a two-level reinforced concrete underground garage and surrounds an ornate landscaped courtyard on the plaza level. Individual apartments feature crown molding, wood cabinets, GE appliances, and wood flooring in select units. Carlyle's high-rise building houses community amenities including a clubroom, fitness center, rooftop pool and terrace.
Post Carlyle Square is LEED® certified. Among the project's sustainable features are an expansive interior courtyard, several recycling centers, and a construction waste diversion plan with 75% diversion from landfills to recycling facilities. The project team protected ducts from dust and dirt intrusion in addition to prohibiting smoking in the building, as part of the Construction Indoor Air Quality Plan. The project also features EnergyStar® rated light fixtures in each unit, the use of low VOC paints, adhesives, mastics, and glue, and low flow plumbing fixtures. A pedestrian-friendly community design and tenant bike storage racks encourages sustainable transportation.
