Post Carlyle Square consists of 354 luxury apartments across two buildings, including a 14-story post-tension concrete high-rise and a four-story mid-rise. The LEED®-certified project sits atop a two-level reinforced concrete below-grade garage and surrounds an ornate landscaped courtyard on the plaza level. Individual apartments feature crown molding, wood cabinets, GE appliances, and wood flooring in select units. Post Carlyle Square's high-rise building houses community amenities including a clubroom, fitness center, rooftop pool, and terrace.

Building Green at Post Carlyle Square
Post Carlyle Square is LEED® certified and includes sustainable features such as an expansive interior courtyard, several recycling centers, and a construction waste diversion plan with 75 percent of waste diverted from landfills to recycling facilities. The project team protected ducts from dust and dirt intrusion in addition to prohibiting smoking in the building as part of its construction indoor air quality plan. The project also features EnergyStar® light fixtures in each unit; low-VOC paints, adhesives, mastics, and glue; and low flow plumbing fixtures. The pedestrian-friendly community has bike storage racks and encourages sustainable transportation.
