Metropolitan at Alexandria

The Metropolitan at Alexandria includes 404 units in four, four-story buildings. Each building provides direct access to a central, four-story steel frame parking structure on every floor, so residents are able to park on their living level. The community includes two- and three-bedroom units and offers many amenities, including a separate clubhouse facility with a pool, game room, and an inside basketball court. In 2006, the Metropolitan at Alexandria was converted into condominiums and is now called the Exchange at Van Dorn.
