Lark on 42nd is a 161-unit student housing community at the University of South Florida that consists of a six-story apartment building with an attached seven-story precast concrete parking garage. With 512 beds, its two-, three-, and four-bedroom units feature stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and euro-style cabinetry. The community's amenities include a business center, coffee bar, game room, and lounge. Lark on 42nd also features a courtyard boasting multiple open and covered areas in addition to an outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. The first project of its kind in Florida, Lark on 42nd is constructed using patented 3D Prescient technology from Denver-based company Prescient that ships pre-designed and constructed building segments to the construction site for greener and more efficient building. Lark on 42nd is located a few blocks from USF’s campus, Interstate-75, and Interstate-4 and is just a few miles from Busch Gardens, Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club, and the county park system with multiple access points to the Hillsborough River and wilderness areas.
