Floor plans for the wood-framed, brick-clad buildings include 116 one-bedroom, 116 two-bedroom, and 12 studio apartments. Individual residences include washers and dryers, and select apartments also offer fireplaces. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and billiards room.
