Featuring 127 extended-stay housing units, Extended Stay America at Dulles is located in Sterling, Virginia. Each guest studio includes a kitchenette, a work station, and internet access. The project was designed by Robert C. Goldman. CBG constructed two similar Extended Stay in America hotels in Virginia, for a total of 393 units.
