Domain at the One Forty is a two- and three-story garden-style community offering 299 apartments and 443 parking spots across 10 buildings. Made of post-tension slabs with three levels of wood-framing, the community's construction required intricate coordination between the steps in grading and foundations and a number of large steel columns to tuck-under garages and detailed finishes. The walkable community features climate-controlled building corridors and amenities such as a private pool, a community pool, pond with a jogging trail, a leasing office, and a clubhouse with a fitness center. Domain at the One Forty is located in an up-and-coming area of the city near schools and shopping centers.
Domain at the One Forty was designed to meet the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and uses a drainage channel connected to a pond with an existing weir wall which overflows into a large creek beyond the project.
