Located Southwest of Richmond in growing Chesterfield County, Broadwater Townhomes includes 150 units with an average square footage of 1,600. The 23 two-story buildings offer three-and four-bedroom floor plans, all with two and a half baths. The development allows young families to live in large rental units with the amenities of a single-family home. Each townhome features an individual washer and dryer, large kitchen, and patio. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a pool, tot lot, and walking trails.
