Addison Court Apartments is a 300-unit, garden style apartment complex located in Salisbury, Maryland. It features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, each of which has a balcony or patio, in-unit laundry, granite tops, carpeting, and vinyl flooring. The community clubhouse houses a kitchen, cyber cafe, business center, game room, fitness center, and pool. Addison Court also includes eight detached garage buildings, with individual garages available for lease by residents. CBG also built a nearby walking trail in conjunction with the property.
