360° H Street is a 215-unit six-story mixed-use apartment community with 197 market-rate apartments and 18 affordable apartments in Northeast Washington, DC. The property encompasses two levels of below-grade parking, 42,645 square feet of retail on the first floor including a Giant supermarket, and an elevated courtyard and amenity area on the second floor. 360° H Street offers on-site below-grade parking for residents and retail customers and and is nearby a number of public transit options, including buses, H Street's light rail, and the Union Station Metro station.
360° H Street earned LEED® Silver certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and includes sustainable features such as low-emitting materials, 10 percent recycled content, 10 percent regional materials, alternative transportation options, and water-saving appliances. The project was also built on a brownfield urban site and diverted 75 percent of construction debris from the landfill.
