CBG to Build Two New Multifamily Communities in Florida
Southeast Region Signs Projects with New Clients

The Rosery is 224-unit luxury apartment project in Largo designed by Poole & Poole Architecture. The project is located within the Clearwater-Largo Road Community Redevelopment District and will be the first to use the city's affordable housing density bonus.
"The Rosery is the first of its kind in the Largo community, offering residents a luxury apartment home with direct access to popular outdoor amenities," said Steven Shores, president and CEO of Pollack Shores, in a press release. "We have designed an active, communal environment delivering in-demand walkable access to unique retail, new culinary concepts, and the Pinellas trail."
Comprised of four three-story buildings and 42 wood-framed garages, The Rosery will offer a pool, outdoor seating area with fire pit, and a prominent public plaza for art displays and community events. Located next to the Pinellas County bike trail, the project also offers bike storage racks.
Legacy at Crosstown, a garden-style community in Brandon, will consist of three four-story, wood-framed buildings for a total of 236 units. Designed by Slocum Platts, the amenity-rich project will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park, and car wash. The community boasts easy access to US-301 and the USAA Tampa campus, offering employees a walkable commute. Both projects use supplies from local suppliers and manufacturers, including hurricane-resistant impact windows and doors.

Generation Atlanta, a 17-story high-rise in downtown Atlanta, is constructed using the patented Prescient prefabricated steel system. Hazel SouthPark is a five-story podium above a five-story cast-in-place parking garage within Charlotte's popular shopping district. CBG has completed 18 additional projects across the Southeast region to date.
