The Blair Towns

The Blair Towns is a 78-unit multifamily community constructed as part of The Blairs, an award-winning mixed-use development across 28 acres in Silver Spring's central business district. Developed by The Tower Companies and designed by Niles Bolton Associates, the three- and four-story brick residential buildings offer 25 one-bedroom, 47 two-bedroom, and six three-bedroom apartments. Units feature nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, washers and dryers, and EnergyStar® appliances. Fireplaces, private garages, and lofts are also available in select units. The Blair Towns was the first LEED®-certified residential project in the U.S. and the in-fill smart growth development complies with the stringent requirements of the U.S. Green Building Council's Green Building rating system.
