400-Unit Transit-Oriented Apartment Community with Parking and Amenities

Station on Silver is a 400-unit transit-oriented apartment community composed of five wood-framed stories above a one-story podium and a six-story above-grade parking garage with 495 spaces. Located less than a half mile from DC Metro's future Silver Line extension, Station on Silver is centrally located to shopping, dining, public transportation, and a major airport. The six-story community provides residents with studio, one-, and two-bedroom units and amenities such as a rooftop courtyard, outdoor pool, theater, billiard room, clubroom, fitness area, and leasing facility. The building's exterior is comprised of cement lap siding, brick, aluminum and vinyl windows, and a TPO membrane roof.

Building Green at Station on Silver
Station on Silver achieved National Green Building Silver Standard and exceeded the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code requirements by 12 percent. The property includes a stormwater management system, a green rooftop, extensive use of recycled materials, and a fresh air intake air system to improve indoor air quality. The community is located less than a half mile from the future Silver Line extension and nearby existing retail and restaurants in order to promote a walkable, car-free lifestyle.
