110 Design-Build Duplex and Single-Family Homes
CRC and CBG worked with the Department of the Navy to redevelop 250 units at MCLB Albany under a 50-year ground lease. The community is comprised of 110 units, including 27 duplexes and 56 single-family units. Homes consist of three- and four- bedroom 'traditional' and 'arts and crafts' homes. Each home includes Corian countertops, ample storage space, and EnergyStar® appliances. All homes also have two-car garages, covered patios, and fenced-in backyards. Homes are centered around a community center, which features a teen meeting room and a fitness area with an integral playroom. Other amenities include a swimming pool, splash park, tot lots, picnic areas, basketball, and volleyball courts.
