Brightview Woodburn is a 74,000-square-foot senior living community located in Fairfax County, Virginia. The LEED® Silver community integrates both assisted-living and memory-care housing within personalized homes for residents. The four-story building includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments across 94 units, 13 of which are Alzheimer's care units. This active community features several senior-tailored amenities including a library, salon, pub, and outdoor patios. The community includes 63 surface parking spaces and extensive hardscaping and landscaping.
