our process
Built on the site of the former University of Maryland Specialty Hospital building.

Expanded the parking Banner Hill shares with a neighboring senior community and church.

Worked within the constraints of the project’s high-density location and collaborated closely with local patrons to ensure the garage remained open to the public during construction.
